The written terms below are terms on which Harley Elite Group provides services to its clients. Please ensure you have read them  carefully before making your reservations with the clinic.

Non Surgical Appointments Booking

​

We highly recommend that you make your appointments at least one week in advance to ensure that your preferred time of a treatment is available.
Please note that payment of £150 will be taken via credit/debit card when making a booking, this will redeemable against the total cost of your treatment.

Payments

​

All the treatment booking must be paid in full on arrival at the clinic, prior of the treatment commencing. Clients who have purchased a course of treatment may exchange them providing a reasonable explanation. Treatment that have been bought with discount will be calculated on full list price per course and per treatment.  

Treatment sessions

​

All treatment purchased as a session must be paid in full in advance of the first treatment. The treatment must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase. However the sessions exchanges are available upon discretion.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice or in cases of a ‘no-show’, this fee will be non-refundable. Cancellations are accepted over the phone or email and please do not leave voice mail regarding a cancellation.
These does not include offers offered on  third party or  our website.

Please notice that no refund will be issued after completion of the nonsurgical treatment.

 

Surgical Appointments Booking.

​

Prior to your appointment we will inform of any preparation required in advance of your treatment.
Late arrival may results in reduced treatment time but missed appointment without prior notice will be charged fully. Our clinic has a right to postpone your treatment we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
Please note client may reschedule their existing appointments for a maximum of three times.

 

Payments

Full payment of the treatment is required at least 14 days before the surgery.

Deposit will be required upon the booking , 50% of the deposit is not refundable the rest of the deposit is to clinic consideration when client had serious reason such as illness or injury with documentation from GP.

 

Cancellation Policy


If a cancellation is made with less than two weeks before the procedure 50% of the deposit is refundable. However cancellation more than two weeks from the surgery  only 25% is refundable. In cases of a ‘no-show’, this fee will be non-refundable. Cancellations are accepted over the phone or email.

If you are unable to attend your appointment we require 48 hours notice.If you fail to attend scheduled surgery without giving us a serious reason you deposit is not refundable.
